Due to the nature of our products (containing perishable items), we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
Should you wish to cancel your order, a partial refund for shipping costs may be issued to you if you cancel a minimum of 5 business days (Monday - Friday) prior to your scheduled delivery date.
Please email support at info@tshabachef.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and we will get to your request as soon as possible.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If you have not received your refund after approval, please be sure to check your most recent bank or credit card statement. Note that there may be processing delays affiliated with your financial institution or credit card company.
If you’ve checked with your bank/credit card company, and 7 business days have passed without funds being issued - please contact us at info@tshabachef.com and we will look into the issue for you.
